ROLL CALL: <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Absent: <br />Acting-Chair Stacy Inman Chair Doreen Curtze <br />Commissioner Kari Bhana <br />Commissioner Adam Werner <br />Commissioner Tarren Collins <br /> <br />Staff Present: <br />Jeff Winklepleck, Community Development Director <br />Roy Hanley, Assistant City Attorney <br />Michael Gruver, Associate Planner <br />Chad Stoehr, Engineer <br />Elsa Perez, Minutes Clerk <br /> <br />2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />Acting-Chair Inman led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> <br />3. PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD <br /> <br />Acting-Chair Inman opened the public comment period. <br /> <br />Barry Erlict, resident, commented that on Palisade Street, there is a property owner that will <br />live out of her 38ft. motorhome six-months out of the year and rent her house out. He asked <br />if there is anything the City can do to prevent this type of situation. He also commented that <br />a complaint had already been filed. <br /> <br />There being no one wishing to address the Commission, Acting-Chair Inman closed the <br />public comment period. <br /> <br />4.
